Kickboxing is a martial art and combat sport that involves two opponents standing using their legs and fists to attack their opponent and defend themselves. Developing between the 1960’s-70s Kickboxing can be seen in Mixed Martial Arts matches. Kickboxing also is a great form of exercise which will help enhance agility, stamina, balance while burning calories, building strength and increasing cardiovascular muscle.
