Pole Dancing


Pole Dancing is a form of fitness that combines dance and acrobatics by gripping on a vertical pole. Pole Dancing is both anaerobic and aerobic exercise that increases core and body strength by using one’s own body as resistance. Pole Dancing requires and improves upper body strength, flexibility, and endurance. Pole Dancing moves are performed by gripping onto the pole with the limbs while performing climbs, spins, and body inversions.
