Postnatal Fitness refers to exercise programs designed for mothers who have recently given birth which offer a wide range of benefits. Postnatal Fitness is associated with increased physical and mental wellbeing of new mothers. The benefits include assisting in weight loss, increasing muscle strengthen and endurance, and helping with recovery from labor.
