TRX is a method of strength training that uses suspension through a system of ropes, known as the TRX suspension trainer, that work against one’s own body weight. It provides a full body workout that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core strength. It can be set up anywhere, at home or gym providing flexibility of use. It was developed to train Navy Seals and is used by personal trainers, athletes, and in the military.
